I have no idea, but I never thought a Hippo would show such inteligence/compassion. A hippo sees an impala child bit by a croc and goes running madly to save the innocent victim, then drags it to safety & nuzzles it friendly. Looks like hippos are up there w/ dolphins now in animal intelligence
So when you’re in the middle of a season of 24 and you miss an episode because your cable box was too busy, ummmmm, displaying the time, what do you do? What CAN you do? There are no repeats. There are no free downloads for cable subscribers. The only thing you can do is hop on Azureus and BitTorrent yourself the episode you missed.
AT&T and the telcos are threatening to charge Google and other Web sites extortion-type fees unless Google and others pay for adequate bandwidth. But Google and others may soon have this answer for them: No, thanks. We’ll build our own fat pipe into customers’ homes.
Looks like the telco’s have been able to use their muscle to back their plans of charging sites like Google and Microsoft for allowing faster access across their networks.
A big blow for equal access to all sites.
